Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead our clinical team. With a 3‑star overall rating, our facility is focused on continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and resident‑centered care.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for quality assurance and performance improvement.
Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive operational and clinical outcomes.
Ensure proper staffing levels, employee engagement, and ongoing staff education.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin (required).
Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long‑term care or subacute rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to quality care and staff development.
