Summary The Project Manager is responsible for working cross‑functionally with internal customers to scope projects, create and regularly update project plans, track progress and budget, maintain a risk log, and present management reports on project outcomes and status.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) required or eight years directly related experience

Minimum five years’ experience in a related field required; financial institution experience preferred

Experience with project management tools; Smartsheet admin experience

Familiarity with Google’s Suite of Office Applications

Lucidchart experience

Salesforce experience

Banking, Lending and Operations experience preferred

Experience in process design and process improvement preferred

PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred

Job Duties

Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progress

Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis

Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project plan

Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget

Own the project risk identification and mitigation process

Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols

Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met

Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent

Participate in change management process

Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $84,250 - $101,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts as permitted by applicable law.
