GENERAL MANAGER

Salary: $130,000 - $135,000 / year
Job Summary The General Manager reports directly to the District Manager and oversees day‑to‑day operations of a corporate dining account, ensuring superior food quality, customer service, and client relations. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking, strong team leadership, and active involvement in budgeting and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
Provide high‑level strategic oversight of the hospitality program
Lead employee engagement, retention initiatives, and strategic recruiting
Oversee long‑term planning and project execution as the client grows
Review and optimize procurement strategies for cost‑effective sourcing
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to the client
Serve as primary liaison between client and the Flik operational team
Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and internal departments
Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food
Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Five years of foodservice operation experience, preferably in corporate dining
Experience in high volume production and catering
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company
