Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage 10+ years of consulting experience to design and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives, foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies and behaviors.
Provide thought leadership for growing the OCM practice across Infrastructure Advisory (IA) and BV, including revenue and team growth, elevating the OCM center of excellence, and creatively selling and delivering client‑focused change management work.
Act as a solution advocate that can work in large cross‑functional proposal teams to identify client needs and optimize an integrated solution for clients. Travel may be required between 10–40%, dependent on project or client need.
Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation, build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise‑wide initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in.
Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption.
Training & Performance Measurement
Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels.
Leadership & Coaching
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations.
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.

Certifications Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
