FHN is seeking a dedicated
Nurse Practitioner
to join our fully independent, not-for-profit community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with an experienced FHN Family Medicine physician with 20+ years of experience in a two-provider rural office.

Position Highlights
.8 FTE (4 days per week) with flexible day-off scheduling to support work-life balance
Outpatient practice with a loyal, established patient panel
Minimal on-call duties
Patient-centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship-based care
Requirements
Employed, full-time position
Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
NP experience strongly preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a rural healthcare setting
Benefits
Salary range: $121,529-$160,593 based on experience and qualifications
