Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service Technician - Power Systems Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance including changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating and cleaning components/parts, and starting equipment to test performance.

Make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field.

Supply all required information, supporting documentation, and photos to the Preventive Maintenance Dispatcher and Service Estimator for repairs and additional services identified during scheduled preventive maintenance visits.

Maintain personal company service literature, stay aware of technical changes in the industry, maintain required tools, and attend training sessions as required.

Work neatly and orderly, adhering to contamination control guidelines and constantly look for ways to improve work methods, area, and safety standards.

Maintain a flexible schedule to work nights and weekends as required.

Complete all required documentation to be provided to the customer and PM Dispatcher.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Formal Education

– High School diploma or GED.

Experience

– 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Required / Credentials

Valid driver's license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealer software programs.

Technical knowledge of the company's products.

Updating of Knowledge Job requirements change requires re‑training every 1–2 years.
