Field-Focused Assistant Project Manager
to join our team and support the execution of architecturally significant custom homes and complex renovations across the region.

What You'll Do
Support day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly
Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor buyouts
Manage and distribute up-to-date drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
Participate in meetings and help document progress, punch lists, and client walk-throughs
Help identify and resolve field issues in real time alongside the Superintendent and PM
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of construction experience
, ideally in custom residential or light commercial
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and documentation
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable with job site environments and construction technology (Procore)
