Job Description
* Assist in managing day-to-day operations of custom home projects from start to finish
* Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor buyout
* Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
* Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
* Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
* Participate in owner and design team meetings as needed
* Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant
* 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on custom home projects
* Hands-on experience in the South Florida residential construction market
* Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
* Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
