Senior Product Management Associate, Purple Label & Polo Tailored Clothing
Join Ralph Lauren as a Senior Product Management Associate to manage the full product life cycle for the tailored clothing category within the Polo brand for Men’s & Boys. You will partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sourcing Offices, Factories & Mills to ensure the integrity of the product from sales sample to bulk production.
Responsibilities
Participate in Board Review with Design and Merchandising to establish product pipeline and TD track.
Handoff seasonal line information to Brand Merchandising for style number set up/creation.
Analyze costing and establish pricing options to optimize the buy and achieve brand target margins.
Track deliveries weekly and report findings to sourcing partners, merchandising, and regional teams.
Partner with Design and PMT Manager on design approvals and communicate changes to OS partners.
Assist in the launch of seasonal made‑to‑measure fabric and trim books and keep key partners on track.
Drive optimized lead‑times and calendars from development to store for main line, special projects, and made‑to‑measure activities.
Develop and create timelines with sourcing offices and vendors on raw material and trim sourcing and approvals to ensure production delivery deadlines are met.
Lead and monitor the approval process (prototype, sales samples, and all components) to ensure on‑time arrival of all samples to the showroom.
Manage the PO Handoff process and ensure product information and costing are cross‑checked before ops team pass off.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address development and resolve production issues.
Review and update all costs from initial to final stages.
Engage in daily correspondence with sourcing partners and help lead bi‑weekly production meetings.
Ensure fit approvals meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
Product development or related experience; full product life cycle from design vision to production‑ready.
Strong technical product knowledge and in‑depth understanding of all product components.
Proven ability to optimize production outcomes through understanding garment manufacturing processes, factory capabilities, cost negotiation, and calendar management.
Strong communication, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Merchandising Teams, and Sourcing Offices.
Ability to pivot quickly and problem‑solve using innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in tailored clothing development is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information.
Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, PLM, Airtable, Vibe.
Salary Salary range: $63,500 - $114,105 annually.
