Responsibilities
Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, and successfully resolves issues
Tracks all pharmacy documentation and enters into EMR system as necessary
Answers incoming calls, takes messages, and transfers callers to the designated party when applicable
Greets guests, handles incoming mail, and performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory responsibility: None
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare‑related experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness
Physical Requirements
Constant sitting, typing on a keyboard, occasional standing, walking. Ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21‑30 lbs.

Salary Range: USD $22.00 – $25.00 / Hour
