As a

Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and fueling a strong pipeline of business opportunities that drive revenue growth across multiple industries.

This is a

fully on‑site role

based in our Austin office. Collaboration, energy, and teamwork are at the core of our success.

What You’ll Do

Generate qualified new business opportunities through outbound prospecting

Conduct strategic outreach to local and regional businesses via in‑person visits

Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and tailor outreach to drive engagement

Lead professional conversations with business owners and executives to uncover needs and communicate value

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that converts to long‑term partnerships

Track daily activity and maintain organized records using internal CRM tools

Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and campaign managers to refine strategy and improve conversion rates

Represent Andiamo’s standards of professionalism, communication, and integrity throughout every client interaction

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Strong organizational and research skills

Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach environments

Preferred Qualifications

Proven success in outbound prospecting or lead generation

Experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, or technology industries

Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools

Self‑starter mindset with strong time management and follow‑through

Driven by results, growth, and exceeding goals
