This is an in‑office role. Key Responsibilities Support various aspects of the accounting and reporting process, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, inventory, stock‑based compensation, internal and external reporting Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations Identify areas of improvement to assist with accelerating close timing and enhancing controls Design new processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities Assist with the quarterly reviews and year‑end audit by external auditors Lead ad‑hoc projects as determined by management Basic Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, CPA firm experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of US GAAP Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear and concise manner Execute judgments to keep projects moving and ensure the right decisions are reached to close the books each fiscal period Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once. Proven ability to work comfortably under pressure and tight deadlines Strong sense of ownership Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Operational accounting experience for two or more years Working knowledge of the COSO internal control framework and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency Familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification Experience working with a fast‑paced start‑up or complex company Experience with researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions This is an in‑office role Pay range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year ClearPoint Neuro is a device, cell, and gene therapy‑enabling company offering precise navigation to the brain and spine.
