100+ outbound calls per day You’ll talk to

15–20 actual buyers daily

(CMOs, VPs, Founders—not assistants) You’ll

run your own calendar : prospect, book, pitch, close You’ll be on

Zoom meetings, client visits, trade show floors, and call blocks You’ll live inside your metrics— no guessing, no hiding, total visibility You’ll be expected to

create your own momentum —not wait for handouts You will need to

produce content —personal videos, podcast appearances, social-ready assets You will be held to a

leading your team or org in sales performance You’ve

Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, Salesloft , and modern sales tech You’re confident on

phone, Zoom, in the room, and on camera You don’t “delegate sales”—you do it. You are obsessed with
