Retail Marketing Lead
and play a pivotal role in executing innovative merchandising and marketing programs. As a key partner to the Retail Marketing team, you will drive the sell-through of our products across various retail channels, including ULTA, Sephora, Dermalogica Concept stores, and Blue Mercury. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative briefs to support new launches into stores and online, ensuring commercial objectives are met and brand positioning is strengthened. This includes retail activations, visual merchandising (in-store and online), launch events, co-branded content, and influencer partnerships. Oversee the gift with purchase (GWP) and event calendar for retailer accounts, leading the execution with necessary planning. Execute projects in alignment with the channel teams' strategy to increase sell-through and brand exposure. This includes planogram overhauls, securing secondary locations/exposure, and launching exclusive retailer campaigns within brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure critical timelines are met and flawless execution is achieved. Additional Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Retail Marketing Manager in developing retailer trade marketing expenditure plans. Ensure timely fulfillment and execution of promotions as per the promotional forecast. Lead the execution of events in retailers according to the US strategy, bringing innovation to life in retail stores. Project manage branded retail events, ensuring critical deadlines are met. Coordinate the planning of retail-focused social posts and content with the Influencer and Social Teams. Support various tasks within the retail marketing department, including creating and maintaining marketing materials, analyzing data to improve retailer ROI, and meeting overall team needs. Competitive base salary range of $65,000-75,000; exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
