Senior R&D Manager , and you’ll work out of our
Sunnyvale, CA location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, Develop, Lead and Conduct Project work from ground-up, and analyze data to drive material innovation and performance improvements.
Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the development of advanced electronic polymers and formulations for Semiconductor and Displays applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with customers to integrate new materials into product designs.
Qualifications MUST HAVE
Hands-on experience and expertise in Design and Synthesis of Organic, Inorganic, Hybrid Polymers and Coating Formulations
Strong knowledge of material characterization techniques and methodologies
WE VALUE
PhD degree in Chemistry or Materials Science or a related field
2-3 years of experience in R&D or product development roles
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Electronic Polymers and Materials used in Semiconductor and Displays Applications
Demonstrated ability of Strategic Insights and Alignment with the Business Objectives
Well documented track record of developing, scaling and launching new materials for high volume manufacturing
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
COMPENSATION The annual base salary range for this position is
$132k-$165k.
