Senior Offering Manager – Data Centers
here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will have the exciting opportunity to build a new vertical for our refrigerants. You will be responsible for developing a new business ground up, including defining the right strategy, portfolio, organization and team to drive growth. This role will start as an individual contributor role but is expected to evolve to a people manager position as you structure the business vertical.
You will have commercial P&L accountability for the data center vertical and should be able to drive sales as well as optimize costs to serve customers. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, customer centric mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering success. This is a high visibility, high impact role where you will regularly interface with senior leadership and drive revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, risk management, and cost-efficiency.
Responsibilities
Drive market research and VOC to define vertical strategy for profitable growth
Build organization and team to effectively resource vertical, leveraging cross-functional and regional support
Own business development and commercial pipeline, in close collaboration with sales
Develop and execute commercial agreements with Data Center OEMs, EPC firms and other key customers
Collaborate with hyperscalers, OEMs, R&D to develop and launch new offerings; lead NPI process
Manage the offering lifecycle, including launch, scale up, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
Location: US (NJ or remote)
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel is a must (minimum 20% and up to 50%, you will define your own schedule)
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Prior experience in or selling to data centers
Prior experience in product/offering management
Prior experience in sales or business development
Prior experience leading teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $159,000.00 - $199,000.00. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $183,000.00 - $229,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
