About You As a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant, you are a detail‑driven, process‑oriented professional who ensures financial accuracy and compliance across every transaction. You approach invoice and contract processing with precision, resolve discrepancies with persistence, and maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams. Your ability to manage competing priorities while upholding policy standards makes you a trusted partner in maintaining operational and financial integrity.
What You Will Do
Reviews and processes vendor invoices and expense reports for accuracy, documentation, and compliance with financial policies.
Reconciles purchase orders and coordinates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Utilizes financial systems such as PeopleSoft and PM Web to manage transactions and maintain data integrity.
Supports audits, reconciliations, and inquiries while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls.
What You Offer
High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred, or 3–5 years of progressive accounts payable experience.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving in financial processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, with the ability to adapt to new digital tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
