Position Overview

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

You will troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, modify, overhaul, reassemble, test, install, remove, arm and de‑arm Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS).

You will visually inspect ballistic lines, tubes, hoses, and linkages for damage, deterioration, restrictions, and security of connections and mounting.

You will diagnose recurring malfunctions and recommend corrective action by initiating Quality Deficiencies Reports (QDR), proposing modifications and other appropriate action.

You will load cartridges into aircraft systems and remove them as needed, following applicable handling, loading and checkout procedures.

You will enforce safety, fire, security and housekeeping regulations.

You will perform an analytical review on specific component and assembly publications, record findings, and submit recommendations to ALSS engineering.

Salary: Minimum $36.48, Maximum $42.58.
