Must be a U.S. Citizen and this position requires a government security clearance. The position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development).
Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management).
Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain a government security clearance.
Desired Skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
Project/program management experience.
Experience with large scale military programs.
Experience operating in an Agile work cycle.
Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life‑cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation).
Experience interfacing with senior leadership within and customer organizations.
Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Systems engineering experience.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with LM aero EV tools to manage programs.

Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 – $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.
