What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide Data Engineering support by completing assigned tasks and building upon defined capabilities
Manage and monitor data operations, ensuring workflows are executed and maintained effectivelyDevelop and enhance data pipelines, configuring ingestion processes from supplier landing zones
Respond to and resolve alerts and issues related to data quality and system performance
Create and implement quality scripts to maintain the accuracy of data and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in AWS services (S3, EMR, EC2, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Athena) and Snowflake
Strong experience in Python and Airflow for data engineering tasks
Demonstrated capability in Cloud Data Engineering support, operations, and enhancement projects
Ability to assess and communicate impacts of schedule changes and processing issues
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with DMS (Database Migration Service) for data integration tasks
Previous experience in managing data operations in a cloud environment
