What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build trusted relationships with mid‑market clients to drive retention and growth

Understand key client health indicators and take proactive steps to minimize churn

Develop a deep understanding of the employer’s solutions to discuss products and services with clients

Create and execute an outreach cadence for effective communication with clients

Implement programs that drive higher payment adoption and generate customer success qualified leads

What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong relationship management experience with a proven track record of driving client retention and growth

Experience with electronic billing products and services, such as payment processing, merchant services, or electronic payments

Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills

Self‑starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Salesforce and standard MS Office tools

Proven experience in customer advocacy and engagement strategies

Ability to share best practices and insights based on market knowledge

Experience in a customer success role within the fintech industry
