Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform Develop and implement joint success plans with customers, detailing their goals and metrics Conduct executive business reviews with customers and the employer's leadership team Facilitate workshops to analyze customer operations and recommend workflow improvements Serve as a mentor within the Customer Success and Support teams while upholding the employer's cultural principles Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Strong priority management and emotional intelligence Experience working with technical products Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
