ACCELERATED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ASSOCIATE - SALES Accelerated Management Program (AMP) offers a 12‑month path designed to develop future sales leaders. Through branch operations and outside sales tracks, participants gain hands‑on experience, build customer relationships, and develop leadership skills.

Position Responsibilities

Counter Sales: Face‑to‑face customer interactions, product knowledge, and system/process proficiency.

Warehouse: Hands‑on shipping and receiving of HVAC products.

Inside/Showroom Sales: Daily sales skills and relationship building with customers and sales force.

Other aspects: Leadership development, accurate pricing/inventory information, and relationship maintenance.

Outside Sales Focus

Drive business development and prospecting; fast‑track training with an actual territory.

Manage customer priorities: Quick‑response, on‑site solutions, on‑time delivery, and overall sales function management.

Houston Training: Network with corporate leaders.

Other aspects: New business development, sales goal attainment, key stakeholder relationships.

Nature & Scope

Broad theoretical knowledge from advanced education.

No discretion from established procedures; structured work assignments.

Close supervision; problems not typically difficult or complex.

Explains facts, policies, and practices related to job area.

Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar). Must have at least a 3.0 GPA overall and in major.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Long‑term flexibility in location within the region; national opportunities possible; willing to relocate after program completion.

Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
