Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs. Ensure accurate financial and personnel/payroll administration. Maintain high standards of excellence and hospitality in the facility. Enforce sanitary practices and food‑handling compliance. Provide outstanding guest service and resolve complaints. Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance reviews. Lead the team with a positive, motivated attitude and coach staff. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Strong coaching, training, and hospitality skills. Ability to work 8‑hour shifts standing, 50 hours per week. Must lift up to 50 lbs. ServSafe certification required. Benefits
