About the Role & Team
TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company in the world. The digital sales team sits at the intersection of digital growth and technology and plays a key role in driving the company’s premium video and digital revenue streams by serving as a catalyst for growth, new business acquisition, and working closely across all national divisions. About You
The role is dedicated to growing digital advertising revenue through individual contribution as well as sales development and partnership. It works closely with a dispersed group of sales executives, managers, and team leaders to identify and develop strong revenue opportunities, account development, manage strategic initiatives, and onboard new accounts. Your Day To Day
Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive sales pitches and establish close business relationships with all levels of clients. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to those needs. Manage agency and client relationships through day-to-day contact. Own, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies, and advertisers. Look for opportunities to develop monetization solutions for clients and ensure superior customer service. Actively participate in Network Sales Office projects and sales events. Develop accounts from existing linear business to digital and branded content. Work closely with Network AEs, Marketing, Insights, and Business Development teams. Sell digital, branded content, and social advertising. Schedule and execute meetings with buyers, planners, and clients. Provide feedback and market input to strengthen opportunities and value proposition. Build strong relationships throughout Univision to present a unified strategy in the market. You Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of work experience in multimedia and digital sales or other media sales. 2+ years of management experience. Expertise in digital sales processes, platforms, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns, and budgeting across all digital asset types. Strong prospecting, proposal generation, and closing skills. Self‑motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills with experience in Internet & Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel. Desired Skills & Experience
Strong sales and business development expertise with consultative selling and presentation skills. Passion for digital advertising and content development in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Understanding of branded content sales monetization, creative, and execution. Ability to implement, sell, and execute digital and multi‑platform campaigns. Exceptional writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership, organization, attention to detail, and trust‑worthiness with confidential information. Capacity to analyze numeric data and understand brand & marketing objectives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with executives, teams, and external clients. Eligibility Requirements
Employment and education will be verified. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Must be willing to work from one of our offices. Ability to travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events. Salary Range
150,000–210,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our Benefits
