Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best‑in‑class hiring solutions Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals 2‑4 years of recruiting or staffing experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close Proven success working in a performance‑driven environment A proactive, self‑starting attitude with excellent time management skills Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team‑oriented company Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote) This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $70K and OTE is $80‑110K.
