Position Summary The International Sales and Logistics Coordinator supports WEI’s growing global operations by managing the day‑to‑day execution of international sales, shipments, and post‑sales activities. The Coordinator is a key liaison among vendors, customers and internal teams to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders, handling documentation, order processing, communication and issue resolution for operations including WEI Spain.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Order Support

Assist with international pre‑sales activities including quoting, deal registration, and feasibility assessments.

Process customer purchase orders and create corresponding vendor purchase orders in coordination with the appropriate WEI team.

Support invoicing and documentation for both WEI Salem and WEI Spain transactions.

Maintain accurate records within company systems (Holded, TigerPaw, Peachtree, etc.).

Logistics Coordination

Scope all logistics legs including export shipping, drayage, freight forwarding, local carrier arrangements and final‑mile delivery.

Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely, compliant international shipments.

Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery status and any delays to internal teams and customers.

Resolve shipment issues related to customs clearance, duties or carrier delays (e.g., with TecEx, FedEx, etc.).

Customer and Vendor Communication

Serve as a customer point of contact for post‑sales support related to international orders.

Liaise with international vendors to manage pricing, documentation and delivery schedules.

Provide clear communication and updates throughout the order lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational and Administrative Support

Support the International Sales and Logistics Manager in managing WEI’s EU operations and associated systems.

Assist with the preparation of export documentation and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.

Provide backup coverage for deal registration, vendor communication and quoting as needed.

Requirements

Must be able to work onsite in Salem, MA full‑time (no remote candidates).

Extensive experience handling international shipping and logistics, including currency exchange, domestic and foreign customs requirements.

Experience with international shipping lead times and shipment methods.

Proof of legal US work authorization, no sponsorship required now or in the future.
