What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase
Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews with clients and project teams
Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs
Adhere to corporate policies and government regulations throughout project execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
Strong communication proficiency, both oral and written
Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with client relationship management and consultation
Proven leadership and organization skills in project settings
Technical proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
