Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking a

Senior Human Resources Administrative Support Professional

to provide direct support to the AFLCMC/HN Front Office (FOG) at Hanscom AFB. This role supports senior civilian and military leadership across the Directorate by managing training programs, military personnel actions, career field development, award cycles, VML coordination, and the execution of HR-related administrative functions. The selected candidate will serve as a senior advisor on military personnel processes, training management, and Directorate-level HR operations.

Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Training Management

Utilize and manage enterprise training systems such as ETMS and MyLearning for government civilians, military members, and contractors.

Monitor and track Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT) for all Directorate personnel.

Track and maintain Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) for all assigned personnel.

Support curriculum development and delivery, including ancillary training materials and resources.

Military Personnel Support

Use and manage personnel systems such as MilPDS, MyEval, MyDecs, AMS, and PRDA.

Apply knowledge of Career Field Education and Training Plans (CFETPs) and other career progression frameworks.

Lead and manage all awards and decorations processes, including OPBs, EPBs, and Directorate recognition programs.

Conduct military backfill actions, assessing candidate qualifications and availability for PCS/PCA moves.

Assist the Military Deputy with Officer Performance Briefs (OPBs) and Enlisted Performance Briefs (EPBs).

Coordinate USAF Vulnerable to Move List (VML) cycles for the Directorate.

Execute and track all AF Form 2096 actions.

Manage and coordinate Officer and Enlisted Boards / Capital Nominations (CAPNOM), including Stratification Boards, Awards, and Enlisted Force Distribution Panels.

Monitor all Officer PCS/PCA actions across the Directorate.

Front Office Administrative Support

Support FOG in developing, populating, and maintaining databases for storage, retrieval, and tracking of key Directorate metrics and data.

Provide both written and oral recommendations for process and product improvements.

Prepare management documentation including briefings, reports, correspondence, and HR-related documents.

Research, analyze, and assess HR issues to provide informed recommendations to Directorate leadership.

Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have an Active Secret Clearance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a Unit Training Manager or Military Administrator, Minimum of 3 years in a DoD environment

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree

Technical Skills

ETMS, MyLearning, MilPDS, MyEval, MyDecs, AMS, PRDA

Experience with DoD training programs, CLP management, and TFAT

Experience with award systems, OPBs, EPBs, and 2096 management

Capability to develop, track, and manage personnel data and Directorate metrics

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Interpersonal Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to brief senior military and civilian leaders

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage complex administrative workflows

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Additional Information

Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA

Travel: May be required at the customer’s discretion
