What You Will Do
Manage inbound leads and conduct initial qualification screenings.
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and generate reports.
Coordinate franchise marketing content and broker portal updates.
Organize discovery days, expos, and recruitment events.
Assist Franchise Development Managers by ushering qualified leads through the evaluation process.

High school diploma required; post‑secondary in business/marketing preferred.
3+ years in franchise development, sales coordination, or customer service.
CRM proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills.
