The E‑ONE Supply Chain OpEx Leaders will focus on leading continuous‑improvement projects that support the business goals of E‑ONE through the Goal Deployment Process (GDP). Improvement projects will involve departments such as Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations. The OpEx Leader will facilitate improved outcomes of processes to drive efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The OpEx Leader will partner with the Supply Chain team to identify, facilitate, and execute improvement initiatives, while leading cross‑functional supply chain projects from initiation through execution and successful closure.
Analyze supply chain operations and propose improvements in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
Conduct quarterly project pipeline sessions to continuously drive a healthy pipeline of savings initiatives.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, finance, IT, and external suppliers to achieve project goals.
Run analytics on ERP system (BAAN) for matters such as economic order quantity, safety stock levels, etc. Build a sustainable tool to update this quarterly.
Create and monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure alignment with supply chain objectives.
Prepare and present reports on project performance, cost savings, and ROI.
Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizens to achieve measured results and targeted hard savings.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Put in an executive summary that can be circulated throughout the organization.
Help support and develop a culture that promotes operational excellence and continuous improvements.
Must be able to effectively communicate the scope of projects and report to upper management with weekly status reports.
Coordinate, monitor, and drive project activities, manage project risks, issues, changes, and resources, and take corrective actions when necessary. Decide and initiate action.
Provide the team with a clear sense of direction, motivating and empowering them to initiate sustainable improvements to their current processes and work environments.
Build teamwork through engagement and align team members by tying to individual and collective goals.
Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments using periodic reports and/or analyses.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Travel, Physical, Work Environment)
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
Experience using Microsoft Project.
Experience with creating reports in Microsoft PowerBI desired.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is desired.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Able to work effectively across different organizational levels, from shop floor to BU management.
Preferred Skills
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
International logistics or global supply chain experience.
