Monitor and optimize provider response times by analyzing real-time and historical performance data across the care team network Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as response time, provider engagement, and supply availability Identify operational inefficiencies or coverage gaps that contribute to delayed care, proposing data-backed interventions Drive provider engagement strategies through data, feedback, and behavioral trends to improve care team responsiveness and retention Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to implement optimization and engagement initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace Proven track record in an analytical and operations role within a rapidly growing company Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Looker/Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, JavaScript, and SQL How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
