What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own the strategic planning, implementation, and management of key revenue systems, particularly Salesforce

Design, document, and optimize critical revenue processes to ensure operational excellence

Manage complex cross‑functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams

Proactively identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities

Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with defined processes and standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

Requires 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, or Sales Operations

Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including Lightning UX and reporting

Proven track record managing complex CRM implementations and integrations

Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset to translate business needs into system improvements

Ability to effectively prioritize, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly within a fast‑paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Hands‑on experience with additional revenue tools such as marketing automation platforms or Salesloft

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Notion and Figma

Highly self‑motivated with a passion for software, automation, and continuous learning
