About The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Supply Chain Manager
to join our Supply Chain/Operation team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our internal demand planning, logistics, sales teams, and customers’ replenishment organization. You’ll own the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) process to ensure our products are in-stock, forecasted accurately, and flowing efficiently through Walmart’s supply chain.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves data analysis, and has a strong understanding of Walmart’s systems and processes.
Location Remote - Based in the Bentonville, AR or Los Angeles, CA areas.
Salary Range $80,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the CPFR process with customers (e.g., Walmart/Target/Ulta) to drive high in-stock rates, accurate forecasts, and strong OTIF performance.
Monitor and analyze system, including Walmart Retail Link, Luminate, and supply chain dashboards to track sales, inventory, and replenishment trends.
Develop and communicate weekly demand and inventory insights to internal teams and Walmart partners.
Align with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations to ensure forecast accuracy for core and promotional items.
Manage new item setups, modular transitions, and promotional events to ensure smooth execution and supply continuity.
Identify risks in supply and demand, recommend corrective actions, and communicate potential service impacts early.
Track and improve key metrics: forecast accuracy, inventory health, OTIF, and weeks of supply.
Partner with Logistics and 3PL providers to ensure timely shipments and issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and replenishment processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, or customer supply chain – ideally supporting Walmart.
Proficient in Walmart systems (Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA, Decision Support, SQEP, or Replenishment Tools).
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail industries a plus.
