to accelerate our growth through world-class alliances. Role Overview As Head of Partnerships , youll own the strategy, execution, and management of all partnership initiatives. Youll identify, negotiate, and nurture relationships with key players across industriesunlocking new revenue streams, expanding our reach, and amplifying Buzz's impact. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Buzzs business objectives. Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships (technology, channel, integration, strategic alliances, etc.). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and successful. Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor partnership performance, and report on outcomes to leadership. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging partnership opportunities. Requirements: 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliancesideally in SaaS, AI, or technology startups. Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling successful partnerships. Strong network across relevant industries (e.g., enterprise tech, digital agencies, platforms). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systems:Must have hands-on experience setting up and managing PRM platforms to streamline partner engagement and reporting. Sales Navigator proficiency:Must be highly skilled in using Sales Navigator for prospecting and partnership development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Agency experience preferred:Prior experience working with or in digital marketing, technology, or creative agencies is highly valued. Bonus Points: Experience in AI, machine learning, or automation sectors. Prior experience building partnership teams from scratch. Why Buzz?
