Role Overview The Senior Vice President of Technology will provide strategic leadership for the company’s end‑to‑end technology organization, overseeing Infrastructure & Operations, IT Data Analytics, the Project Management Office, Hotel Technology, and the Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that enable business growth and exceptional service across every property and end user. The role will lead a team of approximately 25 technology professionals, including four direct reports, and will be instrumental in shaping the long‑term technology strategy and future operating model for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the business objectives of the group.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize systems, elevate data and analytics capabilities, and enhance user experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, property‑level hotel technology, and service delivery to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure technology performance and service quality.
Build, coach, and scale a high‑performing IT organization focused on collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer‑centricity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead enterprise technology risk management programs, including cybersecurity and data privacy.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and key technology partnerships, negotiating contracts and budgets to align with business goals.
Qualifications Applicants should have extensive experience in technology leadership, a strong track record of driving digital transformation, and a deep understanding of hotel technology ecosystems. Leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.
