Responsibilities
Architecture, design, implementation, and verification of RF/mixed‑signal systems for SERDES and optical networking applications.
Architect, design, simulate, and verify RF and mixed‑signal circuit IPs for high‑speed SERDES and optical communication systems.
Design and implement critical circuit blocks including PLLs, VCOs, ADCs, DACs, and high‑speed transceiver components.
Debug silicon issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring ICs to volume production.
Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience, or MS with at least 3 years, or Ph.D. in relevant field.
Experience in RF/mixed‑signal IC design, particularly high‑speed SerDes or optical networking.
Compensation & Benefits MaxLinear offers a base salary range of $117,832 to $236,090 per year, with discretionary annual bonus eligibility and stock‑based compensation. Benefits include health care, 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and paid time off.
