Senior Accountant - Public Accounting
On Site, or Hybrid, Concord, MA
Salary: up to $125K
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare Individual (Form 1040), Partnership (Form 1065), Corporate (Forms 1120 and 1120S), and Trust (Form 1041) income tax returns
Collaborate with small business clients to review financial statements and provide adjusting journal entries as needed
Support clients with tax planning and financial projections
Identify and execute tax‑planning opportunities
Deliver exceptional service and support to clients
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
2+ years of tax experience
CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
Experience preparing individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
