Department Manager – McDonald’s Franchise
We are seeking a Department Manager to oversee shifts, manage departmental responsibilities, and ensure a fast, friendly, and safe customer experience in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, promote sales initiatives, train service staff, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
Kitchen Department Manager: Deliver quality food quickly, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, provide effective training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew throughout their work tenure.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
