Three Pillars Recruiting
Seeking an Account Director with deep SSP experience who has directly managed strategic DSP partnerships. This is not a generic account management role – it is a revenue‑driving, relationship‑building, growth‑focused position on the SSP side, owning and expanding our demand partnerships with major DSPs and trade desks.
You Are
A strategic thinker who understands the SSP ↔ DSP ecosystem
A relationship builder with strong communication and influencing skills
Data‑driven and comfortable with performance metrics and deal optimization
Self‑starter who can own partnerships end‑to‑end
Commercially focused with a hunter mindset (not just maintenance)
Collaborative, curious, and excited to build something meaningful
What You Will Do
Own and grow DSP partnerships to increase revenue, deal volume, and long‑term value
Develop and execute demand strategies that maximize SSP inventory performance
Negotiate and manage PMPs, SPO initiatives, and private marketplace deals
Build deep relationships with DSP account teams, trading leads, and product stakeholders
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal product, yield, marketing, and operations teams
Analyze performance data and provide strategic optimizations and insights
Serve as the voice of the DSP partner internally to influence product and roadmap decisions
Identify new opportunities in emerging formats (CTV, in‑app, DOOH, ID‑less, SKAN, etc.)
Represent the company in‑market at meetings, business reviews, and industry events
What You Bring
6–8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in programmatic demand, DSP relationships, and/or agency account management
Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth within key accounts
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, data, mobile, in‑app, CTV, and measurement partners
Ability to engage executive‑level stakeholders and lead strategic conversations that translate into long‑term client value
Skilled at managing complex client needs in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Sales and Business Development
