Salesforce Technical Architect - Remote

Sr. Technical Lead/Architect of the Salesforce program responsible for conducting Business Process Review, designing and architecting the overall technical solution, hands‑on development, coordination with the offshore team, supporting the user training, UAT and deployment.
Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects, with at least 7 years in Salesforce implementation
Minimum 2 years creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools (Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, SOQL)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and building custom applications on the Platform
Experience integrating external and third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience configuring Computer Telephony Integration (Avaya), DocuSign, and using Conga Composer for document generation
Excellent client‑facing and communication skills; experience conducting Business Process Review
Experience coordinating onshore–offshore teams
Primary Skills: jQuery, MCSD, Unit Test.
