Sr. Technical Lead/Architect of the Salesforce Program
Responsible for conducting Business Process Review, designing and architecting the overall technical solution, hands‑on development, coordination with offshore teams, supporting user training, UAT, and deployment.

Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
Minimum of 10 years of technology implementation experience for full‑lifecycle enterprise software projects, 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience
Minimum of 2 years creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools: Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, SOQL
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and building custom applications on Platform
Experience integrating external 3rd party systems with Salesforce via REST and SOAP APIs
Experience configuring Computer Telephony integration (Avaya), DocuSign, Conga Composer for document generation
Excellent client‑facing and communication skills; experience conducting Business Process Review
Onshore‑offshore coordination
