Role Description
Sr. Technical lead or Technical Architect of the Salesforce program responsible for conducting Business Process Review, designing and architecting the overall technical solution, hands‑on development as needed, coordination with offshore team, supporting user training, UAT and deployment. Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects, with at least 7 years in Salesforce implementation At least 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools, including Visualforce, Lightning Aura components, LWC (good to have), SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, and SOQL Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and building custom applications on the Platform Experience integrating Salesforce with external and third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs Experience configuring DocuSign and Avaya CTI Experience using Conga Composer for document generation Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, including conducting Business Process Review Onshore‑offshore coordination Primary Skills
