Project Manager
to help manage these fast-moving AI projects.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in
Palo Alto , ideal for someone early in their career who loves communication, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and wants to work at the intersection of AI, data, and global collaboration.
About The Role You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day operations across international AI data projects—ensuring quality, speed, and client satisfaction.
You’ll:
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and QA for data‑intensive tasks.
Communicate directly with partners in the U.S. and China to ensure smooth workflows.
Track progress, identify blockers, and elevate issues proactively.
Work closely with Embedding VC partners on weekly reports and project planning.
About You
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
Highly attentive to detail—comfortable tracking multiple moving parts.
Based in or near Palo Alto, with flexibility for in‑person meetings.
Curious about AI and data quality—understands how better data leads to smarter models.
Quick learner who thrives in dynamic, startup‑style environments.
0–2 years of professional experience (or recent graduate with strong organizational skills).
Bonus if you:
Have experience in AI, data labeling, or software project coordination.
Are comfortable writing or evaluating prompts for AI models.
