Senior Tax Manager
Premier Financial Search is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to deliver high‑quality tax services to a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, gifts, and non‑profits. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, provide strategic consulting, and manage client relationships within a supportive, growth‑focused environment.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of individual, business, estate, trust, gift, and non‑profit clients
Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements from start to finish
Provide strategic tax advice and develop tailored client solutions
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Conduct complex tax research to resolve technical issues
Support business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand services
Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends
Qualifications
Master’s in Taxation, MPA, or Bachelor’s in Accounting
CPA
10+ years of public accounting experience, with strong estate, trust & gift expertise
Proven success in tax planning, compliance, and consulting
Strong leadership, communication, and client‑service skills
Experience managing teams and multiple client relationships
Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software preferred
