Lead the technical implementation of key RCM initiatives, including automated eligibility verification and flexible pricing Own critical RCM operations such as benefits resolution, claim processing, and bill management Coordinate billing requirements and dependencies across functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Finance Deliver improved analytics and observability to ensure the integrity of billing activity Develop advanced tooling and automation to enhance accuracy and scale RCM operations Qualifications

Minimum of 5-6 years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products Tenured experience working in a startup environment Strong backend and database experience for SaaS applications Experience with our stack (React/Typescript, Python/Django) or similar Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude Preferred Qualifications
