Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners Communicate the employer\'s unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on interview best practices and support equitable hiring decisions Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Source creatively and refine hiring processes to improve outcomes continuously What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on recruiting for MDs, NPs, or medical professionals High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
