What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices in software craftsmanship
Define and lead the technical vision and architectural direction for mission-critical, distributed systems
Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with architectural strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to completion
Lead system optimization efforts, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and implementing best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on system and API design
7+ years of experience in managing complex data models and high-performance database systems
Proven experience in a formal leadership role, such as Tech Lead or Team Lead
Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with hands‑on experience in designing large-scale distributed systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and relevant certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and healthcare data security standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Experience with automated testing strategies and DevOps methodologies
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data-driven approach
