Strong technical support skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across various platforms.
Proficiency in troubleshooting commonly used applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of computer management tools and experience with IT infrastructure components like Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey technical challenges to non-technical users.
Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to efficiently addressing user concerns.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users by swiftly and effectively diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot software complications across different operating systems while minimizing downtime.
Manage computer hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with computer management tasks such as software installations, updates, and configurations.
Support network administration activities, including configuring and maintaining LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, and firewalls.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components such as Windows Server environments and Linux systems to ensure optimal functioning.
Conduct regular system audits and analyses to identify potential issues before they affect users.
Assist in implementing security measures, including firewall configurations and Active Directory management, to protect organizational data.
Collaborate with team members on projects involving network upgrades or new system setups.
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly for future reference.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication with users at all levels of technical experience.
Company The pay for this position ranges from $24.75 to $29.81 per hour, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance. This position requires in-person work at our facility.
