Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Position Overview Our client is seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic, forward-thinking recruitment program for full-time and internship hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Design and execute campus recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, forecasting talent needs and defining position requirements.
Recruitment Execution & Candidate Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment for interns and full-time hires, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and selection recommendations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, coach, and mentor recruiting staff while partnering with HR and business teams to ensure seamless onboarding and talent integration.
Data & Process Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness, implement process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications Required Education & Experience
5+ years of campus recruiting experience.
2+ years in a management role leading a team.
Compensation and Benefits
$135,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
Annual bonus (based on company performance)
